Kent Wylds, the founder of Wylds K&M Services, has been proudly serving Kincardine and the surrounding areas since 2009. A lifelong Kincardine resident, Kent combines a deep local connection with extensive experience in both farming and machinery. His upbringing on a farm instilled in him a robust work ethic and a profound appreciation for the land, which he integrates into his professional life.
Outside of his role managing Wylds K&M Services, Kent enjoys camping, operating his machinery, and spending quality time with friends and family. He is a dedicated father to four children—Keiara, Koree, Bobby, and Kole—and a devoted pet owner with three dogs: Ranger, Bronco, and Luna, along with a cat named Mew Mew. Kent also continues to raise cattle, maintaining the farming legacy initiated by his father, Glen. His commitment to his work and community shines through in all that he does, whether he's in the office or out on a job site.
Meet Emily, our dedicated office manager at Wylds K&M Services, has been an essential part of our team for the past 7 years. A proud Kincardine native, she brings a blend of warmth and organization to her role, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
When she’s not busy at the office, you can often find Emily enjoying some well-deserved downtime. She loves camping, binge-watching her favorite shows, and indulging in a good nap. Emily is also a devoted hockey mom, frequently cheering on her son, Corban, at the rink.
At home, she’s a loving "dog mom" to her three furry companions—Ranger, Bronco, and Luna—and a devoted cat owner to Mew Mew. She also treasures time spent at the family trailer, finding the perfect balance between work and leisure. While she might jokingly call herself a “bitch” when things get hectic, her vibrant energy and unwavering commitment make her not just a valued team member but also a cherished figure in the Kincardine community.
