Meet Jordon: The Dedicated Foreman Behind Wylds K&M Services

Jordon has been a cornerstone of Wylds K&M Services for nearly 12 years, serving with distinction in the role of foreman. His extensive experience and diverse skill set have made him an invaluable asset, adept at managing a broad array of responsibilities. In his position, Jordon is not only actively involved in hands-on management at job sites but also meticulously oversees the logistical aspects of operations. His comprehensive approach ensures that every detail is addressed, contributing to the smooth and efficient execution of workweek activities. Jordon’s dedication, adaptability, and proactive approach are essential to the company’s operational success, reflecting his deep-seated commitment to both his role and the team.

Jordon’s strong work ethic was evident from a young age. Hailing from Bruce County, he demonstrated remarkable discipline during his high school years by rising early to clear snow before traveling to Sacred Heart High School in Walkerton. This early commitment to hard work set the foundation for his unwavering dedication throughout his career.

Previously, Jordon lived with Kent Wylds, the founder and owner of Wylds K&M Services. This arrangement provided Jordon with the opportunity to build a close professional and personal relationship with his mentor, which significantly enhanced his connection to both the company and the local community. Although Jordon has since moved into his own residence, the time spent with Kent Wylds was instrumental in shaping his professional trajectory and deepening his community ties.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Jordon places great value on spending quality time with his family. He is married to Erika, who is also a vital member of the Wylds K&M Services team, and together they have three children: Madilynn, Jordon, and Kileigh. Despite the demands of his role, Jordon’s commitment to his work is evident in his minimal absences, having taken only four significant breaks throughout his tenure—during the births of his children and their recent wedding.

In his leisure time, Jordon enjoys a variety of activities that include 4-wheeling and working on his truck. Camping is another favorite pastime, although he often plans these trips around his children’s activities. Jordon’s ability to effectively balance his professional obligations with personal interests and family life highlights his exceptional character and steadfast dedication.
